Pomona, CA — September 29, 2025 — The Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A. (IVHS) is partnering with the Southeast Area Animal Control Authority (SEAACA) to provide low-cost spay and neuter services for dogs and cats through its state-of-the-art mobile unit, The Good Mobile.
The Good Mobile will be stationed at SEAACA, 9777 Seaaca Street, Downey, CA 90241, on October 9th and October 30th, offering the community convenient and affordable access to these critical veterinary services. Pet owners must schedule an appointment in advance by visiting the IVHS website at www.ivhsspca.org.
“Expanding access to spay and neuter is one of the most impactful ways we can prevent pet overpopulation and create healthier communities for both animals and people,” said Nikole Bresciani, President/CEO of IVHS & SPCA. “By bringing The Good Mobile to SEAACA, we are ensuring that more pet owners have the opportunity to provide their animals with this essential care.”
Denise Woodside, Executive Director of SEAACA, emphasized the importance of this partnership. “These services are vital for the communities we serve. By offering spay and neuter options, we are empowering pet owners with the resources they need to be responsible and compassionate caretakers, while also helping to reduce shelter intake and improve animal welfare across the region.”
“We are grateful to IVHS & S.P.C.A. for their collaboration, and we are thrilled to welcome The Good Mobile at SEAACA.” Together, IVHS and SEAACA are committed to making high-quality veterinary services more accessible, with the shared goal of reducing pet overpopulation and improving the lives of animals and families across Southern California.
