Gold Line: Pomona to Montclair Segment Reaches Substantial Completion
After more than five years of design and construction through the Covid-19 Pandemic, historic heatwaves and historic rains, the 9.1-mile, four-station Glendora to Pomona project reached substantial completion on time and on budget on January 3, 2025. The $906.5 million design-build contract was completed by Kiewit-Parsons, a Joint Venture (KPJV), and included all elements of the light rail project, including construction of the four new stations and associated parking facilities, 19 bridges, 21 at-grade
