About Us

We are a family based yoga, dance, and aerial arts studio in Glendora, CA.

The Yoga Dance Co. is dedicated to bringing the power of yoga, dance, mindfulness and transformation to all ages. We strive to teach families and individuals how to empower themselves with self love, strength, stability and confidence.

We offer an array of classes from toddlers to seniors. All levels are welcome.

Our mission is to help our students gain confidence in themselves and to help them relieve stress and anxiety.
