Halloween Carnival

The Community Services Department sponsors an annual Halloween Carnival on October 31th at Finkbiner Park from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This event provides children ages 12 and under with an unforgettable, fun, and entertaining experience in an environment that is a safe alternative to traditional door-to-door “trick or treating.” Carnival games, costume contest, photo booth, food, and a “witch call” are all a part of this fun event.
