Glendora Day at LACF

Fairplex, home of the LA County Fair, has long been a proud partner. Join us as LACF honors Glendora on Wednesday, Sept. 20. In addition to all that LACF has to offer, Glendora Day will feature activities planned by members of the Glendora community, including:

• Community Days parade
• High school marching band competition
• Community Hero awards ceremony

Nominate your Community Heroes!
Community Heroes work tirelessly to make a difference. LACF seeks to honor very special individuals an adult, young adult (under the age of 18) and senior with a Community Hero presentation to take place on your Day at the Fair!

This is your chance to nominate a deserving individual whom you feel is an unsung hero, contributing to the betterment of your community! Visit LACF.com/Glendora for the nomination form and more details. Submission deadline is Saturday, July 1, 2017.

Participate in the Parade!

​FairKids and Big Yellow Bus Programs
Did you know the Glendora Community Committee works to raise money for the FairKids Field Trip Program that brings more Glendora students to LACF at no cost to them or their school? Through the Big Yellow Bus Partnership Program and the fundraising efforts of the Glendora Community Committee, you can give the gift of interactive fun and hands-on learning to students in your district. For a donation of just $20 you can help the Glendora Community Committee send five students to the FairKids Field Trip Program.
