Cancellation of Parade:
If the Parade is cancelled due to the weather there will be no make up date and no refund. 
This decision will be made for the safety of all.
2016 PARADE APPLICATION DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 23rd, 2016.  GET YOUR APPLICATION IN EARLY!!!
