Glendora Chamber Retirement – Multiple Employer - Plan Solution Introduction

Glendora Chamber of Commerce is working to implement a Retirement – Multiple Employer - Plan Solution, exclusive to our Chamber members.

Due to the recent legislative changes made in the Retirement Plan industry, the Glendora Chamber of Commerce now has the opportunity to put in place a Multiple Employer Plan (MEP) that will bring with it many benefits including:

• Lower plan fees to Employers and Plan Participants
• Reduced Administration with a 3(16) Fiduciary and TPA
• Reduced Fiduciary Liability with a 3(38) Investment Fiduciary
• No individual Form 5500 reporting
• Customizable 401(k) plan design options involving eligibility, matches, vesting schedules, and more
