5th ANNUAL TURKEY BOWL - BOWLING TOURNAMENT
4 persons per team this year!!!

Registration: 5:00pm -5:30 pm. (Bowling starts promptly at 5:30 pm)

ALL Parents, Staff, and Friends - Have some Adult Fun!
Challenge another school site, department, or friends…

• COST is $25.00 per person (includes bowling shoes and 3 games)
• A TEAM must have 4 persons = 1 lane
• Prize given to the team with the best name, and the team with the best attire!
• Trophies given to the 1st, 2nd, and last place teams
• Door prizes
• Be creative - Come in matching shirts, hats, etc.
*Registration must be received by Friday, 10-25-19
*Mail in registration must be postmarked by Monday, 10-23-19
