48th Assembly District Community Health Fair
At the 48th Assembly District Community Health Fair, they will be offering various FREE screenings such as Stroke, Thyroid, Cholesterol, Dental, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, BMI, Memory, Perinatal, and Mental Health Screenings. Plenty of healthy activities will be available for families and participants.
